- 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions
- Prepare Your Ingredients: Gather all ingredients. If using leftover chicken, shred or dice it into bite-sized pieces. Let refrigerated chicken come to room temperature for 10 minutes.
- Make the Creamy Sauce: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, lime juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth.
- Prepare the Avocado: Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, and slice into thin strips. Lightly coat with lime juice to prevent browning.
- Warm the Tortillas: Heat tortillas in a dry skillet for 10-15 seconds per side or microwave for 10 seconds.
- Assemble the Wrap: Lay the warm tortilla flat. Spread 2 tablespoons of sauce in the center, leaving 2 inches from edges. Layer with lettuce, chicken, avocado, tomatoes, onion, and cheese.
- Roll the Wrap: Fold in the sides of the tortilla. Starting from the bottom, roll tightly away from you, keeping ingredients tucked in. Place seam-side down to seal.
- Cut and Serve: Using a sharp knife, cut the wrap diagonally in half. Serve immediately or wrap tightly in foil for later.
