  • 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, sliced or shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard (optional)
  • 1 large egg, beaten for egg wash
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning or oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Prepare dough: Unroll crescent roll dough and separate into individual triangles. Gently stretch each triangle slightly.
  3. Add filling: Place 1-2 slices of ham on the wide end of each triangle. Add generous amount of cheddar cheese on top. Spread thin layer of Dijon mustard if using.
  4. Roll and seal: Starting from wide end, roll each triangle toward the pointed end. Pinch seams to seal and prevent cheese leakage.
